order to reserve your tour we require a $500 deposit
to book your apartment and schedule your tour guide
to assist you during your stay. Due to these commitments
this tour deposit is non-refundable. So please make
sure that your travel plans are secure before making
this payment. The travel dates may be changed 30 days
prior to arrival without penalty.
1) Unlike most tour companies we are flexible about
receiving the remaining tour payment balance.
After
you have paid the $500 Tour Deposit below you
may pay the remaining balance in cash once you
arrive in Ukraine.
2) If you chose to make credit card payments then
we require that the tour be paid in full 30 days
prior to arrival. This allows us to receive the
funds from the credit card company in time. You
can make 1, 2 or 3 installment payments.
3) Our tour payments after the deposit are
refundable if you have an unavoidable cancellation.
So please notify us of any changes as soon
as possible.
